Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will help maintain signage and merchandising while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires availability, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset. You will interact with customers and teammates, contribute to safety standards, and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work shifts as needed.
• Complete planograms, store price changes, and signage updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA framework (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale).
• Interact with customers and team members to support store operations and safety.
