Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service as part of the Field Activity Support Team.

Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, must be 18+, and can read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary by store and may be 4+ hours per shift to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
