Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work as part of the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, handling end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage and price changes. You will assist with merchandise assembly and fixture setup while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, read/write/count skills, and are comfortable with variable shifts (4+ hours, up to long shifts) in a physical store environment with

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Coordinate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and conduct recovery checks.
• Deliver legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
