Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store as part of the Field Activity Support Team. You will own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, and assist with merchandise, fixtures, and signage maintenance while delivering legendary customer service.

Shifts vary by store; the role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and safety. Prior retail experience is valued; the job requires reading, writing, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in stores.
• Assist with merchandise and fixture assembly and related tasks.
