Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will also assist with fixtures and PDQs while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail experience, are 18+, and can read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary by store and may be 4–10 hours in length, with a focus on dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed.
