Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service daily.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work shifts as dictated by business needs. Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Flexible, service-oriented and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers using GURA.
