Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will deliver legendary customer service while supporting store operations.

You’ll work shifts as business needs require, maintain planograms, assist with merchandising, signage updates, and participate in safety and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; reading, writing and numeracy are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes and update store signage as needed.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and store cleanliness.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
