Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in-store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price updates and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, fulfilling shifts as needed and supporting other store tasks. This role emphasizes adaptability, reliability, and a service-driven mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recover as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote safety and a productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
