You will maintain pricing integrity, execute promotions, and ensure a customer-ready store environment through strong planning and inventory management. Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, planogram and pricing accuracy, ship-from-store fulfillment, and teammate development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and corporate policies.
• Strong planning and execution in store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck and floor execution to ensure timely merchandise flow.
• Oversee planogram compliance and visual standards across departments.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
