Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks from planograms to price changes. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes availability, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset, working under supervision and performing other duties as assigned to maintain store operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery.
