Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, as well as merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service throughout the store.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer-first mindset, while supporting district and store operations. Shifts vary and can be 4 to 10 hours in length.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
