Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and applying GURA to greet the customer, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
