Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. This role is primarily based in a single store, responsible for end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail or merchandising experience, and be comfortable reading and counting. You will interact with customers and team members to ensure accurate planograms and timely price updates,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in-store.
