Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work with customers and team members, maintaining signage and completing resets, while supporting other duties such as merchandise assembly. Shifts vary and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
