Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, updating signage, assisting with price changes, and maintaining overall store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Reading/writing and counting skills are essential.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Update store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Perform price changes and merchandise/fixture assembly tasks.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Maintain planogram integrity and ensure store standards are met.
