Job summary

Tractor Supply is looking for a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team in-store. You will own planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work with store teams, complete shifts as needed, and help maintain a safe, efficient store environment with proactive communication and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram accuracy and inventory signage.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor about work progress.
