Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in-store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

In this role you will interact with customers and team members, maintain planograms, complete resets, and support store operations. Flexibility and a service-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale (GURA).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
