Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team for a single store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

You will also support other tasks including fixture assembly and signage maintenance. Strong communication and reliability are essential as you interact with customers and teammates to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
