Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and following GURA to greet, uncover, recommend, and ask for the sale. Shifts vary and depend on business needs, typically ranging from 4 to 10 hours.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and price changes accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and assist with other duties as assigned.
