Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while supporting merchandise and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and teammates, providing legendary service using the GURA approach, with shifts generally 4+ hours, and a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting能力.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install and update store signage including circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures and perform PDQ tasks.
• Deliver legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
