Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a fast-paced Field Activity Support Team project, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage updates, and price changes while assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service through GURA, and contribute to store operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
