Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a store near you. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

In this role you must be reliable, adaptable, and service-oriented, with retail or merchandising experience. You’ll work shifts to support store needs and interact with customers and teammates to uphold our GURA approach.

Qualifications

• Prior retail merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores using the GURA framework.
