Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. This role requires reliability, flexibility and the ability to interact with customers and team members.

Candidates should have retail/merchandising experience and be able to read, write and count accurately. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working shifts that vary

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers' needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
