Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team, focusing on store-level planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will also assist with merchandise tasks and maintain signage while delivering legendary customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately; high school diploma preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
