Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The position requires 18+ years old, prior retail/merchandising experience is preferred, and basic computer skills. Shifts vary; the role is primarily in-store and on-site.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts based on business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project measurements and store layout initiatives.
• Handle price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• May be asked to perform other duties.
