Job summary

AMIRI is seeking enthusiastic Client Advisors for our North Georgia Premium Outlets store to deliver exceptional service, knowledge of luxury products, and skilled selling techniques. You will cultivate client relationships, participate in merchandising, and support store operations to meet and exceed sales goals.

The role requires a positive, team-first attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through to build client relationships.
• Ability to deliver best-in-class service across in-person, phone and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.
• Maintain a welcoming client-focused environment and deliver exceptional service across channels.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by detailing craftsmanship and brand narrative.
• Develop and grow a local and international client book and network.
• Collaborate with store and corporate teams to resolve client issues in the business's favor.
• Participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise upon request.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect assets by following procedures.
