Comfort Wave is hiring a Lead Generator to engage with Home Depot customers in-store, identify needs, and connect them with Comfort Wave’s services. The role requires weekend work and offers a base pay with uncapped commission.

The position involves presenting a professional image, maintaining the HVAC kiosk, and scheduling appointments while building relationships with Home Depot staff. This is a permanent, full-time role in the United States, with comprehensive benefits and training

Qualifications

• Excellent in-person communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging Home Depot customers in-store.
• Able to manage conversations and move toward appointments.
• Must work weekends and maintain professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate benefits of HVAC products/services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential buyers, and schedule sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and management while in-store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve specified program KPIs and attend required meetings and training.
