Wrench Group’s Comfort Wave program seeks a part-time Lead Generator to engage Home Depot customers about HVAC solutions. This role involves in-store conversations to identify needs and connect customers to our services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage emotions when faced with rejection.
• Positive and optimistic attitude.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Active listener who asks open-ended questions.
• Able to gauge customer interest.
• Able to stand and/or walk 4-8 hours.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company’s image with Home Depot.
• Communicate the benefits of HVAC products and services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their in-store shopping experience.
• Qualify potential purchasers and generate leads for sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and management.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and employees.
• Achieve specified program KPIs and attend meetings/trainings.
