American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Florence, SC. Pay is $17 per hour plus UNCAPPED commission, with earning potential of $20–$30/hour on average and weekly pay through direct deposit.

We offer flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Formación

• No HVAC experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
