American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Murrells Inlet, SC. This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission and earning potential.

We provide paid training, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Full-time employees receive benefits after 31 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs and educate on HVAC/plumbing services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and work toward lead-generation goals.
