ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Pay starts at $17 per hour with commission; earning potential averages $20–$30/hour.

Location: Florence, SC. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available. No door-to-door canvassing or cold calling; weekly pay and paid training help you build a career in home services.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
