Job summary

Air Experts is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, start conversations, and learn about their home comfort needs while generating qualified leads for in-home consultations.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Earn $20–$30 per hour with commission, with weekly pay and paid training. Weekend shifts and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing ARS.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a retail store environment.
• Start friendly, professional conversations with shoppers.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
