Job summary

GALLS, LLC is hiring a Lead Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor, assist with uniform sizing, fittings, and product selection, and help customers find the right gear.

You will engage with public safety professionals, process transactions using POS systems, upsell add-on items, maintain store appearance, and collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales to uphold the PROUD to Serve mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, honest, and dependable.
• Ability to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and staff coaching.
• Greet customers, build trust and respond to needs.
• Answer questions on price, quality, and usability of merchandise.
• Upsell products and enhance store profitability.
