The position emphasizes surveillance, incident documentation, and coordination with management and law enforcement as needed. SORA required; 40-hour weeks; paid training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Retail, Military, or Law Enforcement preferred.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Conduct covert surveillance within assigned retail locations.
• Identify and deter shoplifting, employee theft, fraud, and suspicious activity.
• Monitor customer and employee behavior for policy violations or criminal activity.
• Safely investigate and document incidents and recover merchandise when appropriate.
• Coordinate with store management and law enforcement when required.
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Follow company policies, legal guidelines, and apprehension procedures.
