Living Spaces is seeking an in-store design-focused Sales Associate in Houston, Texas. You will engage guests, determine design goals, and present customized room designs with fabrics and furniture to drive sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, processing transactions, and completing training while supporting the store team to meet revenue targets. Weekend work and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in interior design or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or furniture store environment.
• Experience with design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests and apply sales techniques per the Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ goals and requirements for design projects.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge, and recommendations.
• Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture, and accessories.
