Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a design-focused guest engagement specialist to assist in-store guests with design projects and product recommendations. You will greet guests, determine goals, and present customized room designs using fabrics, furniture, and accessories while maintaining current product knowledge.

Responsibilities include processing POS transactions, completing trainings, and supporting the team to delight guests and achieve revenue goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in interior design; 1–2 years in customer service/retail/furniture environments.
• Experience using Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.
• Vocational certificate or degree in interior design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage them using Living Spaces' Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ design goals and project requirements.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge and recommendations.
• Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture, tables and accessories.
• Process transactions in the POS system and support store team to meet revenue targets.
