Living Spaces Furniture in Pflugerville, TX seeks a Sales Design Associate to welcome in-store guests, promote our Guest Engagement Model, and emphasize interior design in every interaction.

You will assess clients’ goals, provide design advice, present customized room concepts, and guide product selections. You’ll also process transactions, maintain current product knowledge, and support the store team to delight guests and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent with interior design focus.
• 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or furniture environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage customers using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ goals and requirements for design projects.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge, and recommendations.
• Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture, tables, and accessories.
• Maintain current knowledge of merchandise lines, features, and availability.
• Master product knowledge and brand design inspiration.
• Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing learning.
• Support store team to delight guests and hit revenue targets.
• Ensure the store is ready for Grand Opening with daily task lists and style guides.
• Work weekends and most holidays.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
