Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a design consultant to engage in-store guests, assess design goals, and offer product and design recommendations. You will present customized room designs and samples, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of merchandise and brand inspiration.

The role includes processing POS transactions and contributing to a high-performing, guest-focused team. The position requires an interior design degree and 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, with certification through

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in interior design.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service, retail, or furniture store environment.
• Must complete internal certification program at Living Spaces.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests and execute sales proficiency following the Guest Engagement Model.
• Provide design goals, requirements, and product recommendations to guests.
• Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture, tables, and accessories.
• Maintain current knowledge of merchandise and brand design inspiration.
• Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system.
• Support store team to ensure revenue targets and a Grand Opening readiness.
