Living Spaces is hiring an Interior Design Sales Specialist to support in-store guests with design-focused selling strategies and product recommendations. The role requires an interior design degree or certificate and 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience.

The position involves presenting room designs, mastering product knowledge, and processing transactions at the POS. Certification through Living Spaces is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent in interior design.
• 1–2 years customer service, retail, or furniture store experience.
• Vocational certificate or degree in interior design; must complete Living Spaces internal certification.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage guests using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ design goals and requirements.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge and recommendations.
• Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture, tables, and accessories.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise lines and features.
• Process customer transactions at the Point of Sale system.
• Support store team to delight guests and hit revenue targets.
