ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store appointment setters/lead generators to work inside major home-improvement retail locations in La Plata, MD. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling appointments for ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, and energy-efficiency solutions.

Typical compensation includes hourly pay with uncapped commission; full-time opportunities, paid training, and weekly pay are offered.

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage shoppers.

• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
