ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store Customer Engagement Representatives/Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retailers. This high-energy sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS home comfort solutions.

You will converse with shoppers, educate them on ARS heating, cooling, and energy-efficiency services, and help schedule free in-home consultations or promotions. Flexible hours with part-time and full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check per law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to ARS home comfort solutions.
