ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This high-energy sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and booking appointments for ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

We offer hourly pay plus uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible full-time/part-time options with opportunities for advancement in HVAC sales.

Qualifications
