Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Washington, DC. The role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and setting up appointments for ARS heating, cooling, and energy-efficiency solutions.

The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with typical earnings enhanced by incentives. Full-time opportunities exist with paid training, benefits after 31 days, and weekly direct deposit

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Educate customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions with retail management and ARS team members.
