ARS-Rescue Rooter in Oxon Hill, MD is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in national home improvement retailers, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.

No HVAC experience is required; we seek outgoing, reliable individuals who can stand for shifts, work weekends, attend weekly meetings, and represent the ARS brand with professionalism. Training is provided, with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
