Columbus Worthington Air is hiring Retail Sales Associates to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Zanesville, OH. This fast-paced sales role focuses on engaging customers, understanding home-comfort needs, and presenting ARS heating, cooling, and energy-efficiency solutions.

We offer hourly pay plus uncapped commission, weekly direct deposit, paid training, flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, and a clear path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.
