Job summary

Columbus Worthington Air is hiring Retail Sales Associates to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Dublin, OH. This high-energy, in-store sales role focuses on engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, and energy-efficiency solutions.

You’ll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn their home-comfort needs, and discuss ARS services. Part-time and full-time roles with flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to Columbus Worthington Air's heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.
• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
