Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0-2 years in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling skill set with ability to influence store/ownership personnel through data, problem solving, and creative thinking.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across many stores.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities cross-functionally.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling; drive long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy company standards per Driving Policy.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: Identify opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Creative Display Management: Assist with installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding, creating disruption points to engage consumers.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Interact with store personnel and consumers to provide in-depth product knowledge and insights.
• Program Execution: Execute all sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotional programs, ensuring customer compliance, and maximizing brand potential.
• Collaboration: Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team to execute plans, maintain inventory, minimize stockouts, and uphold merchandising standards.
• Customer Insights: Gather and report customer needs, problems, and competitive activities for internal teams.
• Territory Account Maintenance: Check date codes, adhere to plan-o-grams, replace decals, transport, and maintain POS advertising.
• Technology Utilization: Use company technology for real-time reporting and leverage insights to drive in-store success.
