You will amplify brand presence through merchandising, displays, and proactive selling to retailers and consumers, acting as a brand ambassador in every store visit.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Entry-level applicants with 0-2 years' experience encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Pittsburgh, PA or willing to relocate at own expense.
• Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store personnel through data selling and problem solving.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a large territory.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: identify opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and maintain excellent customer service.
• Creative Display Management: assist with installation and maintenance of displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Brand Ambassadorship: interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and insights.
• Program Execution: execute sales programs and promotional initiatives, ensuring customer compliance.
• Collaboration: partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and Advanced Hydration Field team to execute plans and maintain inventory.
• Customer Insights: gather and report customer needs and competitive activities for improvement.
• Territory Account Maintenance: handle tasks like date codes, plan-o-grams, decals, and point-of-sale materials.
• Technology Utilization: use company tech for real-time reporting and analysis.
