Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Boynton Beach, FL or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel through data-driven selling and problem solving.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently across a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: grow base business, increase sales, optimize displays, and maintain excellent customer service.
• Creative Display Management: install and maintain creative displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Brand Ambassadorship: provide in-depth product knowledge and insights to consumers and store personnel.
• Program Execution: execute sales programs, promote promotions, ensure compliance, maximize brand potential.
• Collaboration: work with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and Field team to execute plans and maintain inventory.
• Customer Insights: gather customer needs and feedback for improvement.
• Territory Account Maintenance: manage date codes, plan-o-gram adherence, decals/tags, and in-store ads.
• Technology Utilization: use company tech for daily reporting and insights.
