Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred. Entry-level applicants encouraged.
• Must be located in Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel through data and problem solving.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a large territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills; effective communication cross-functionally.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands and purpose.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs with frequent bending and kneeling.
• Occasional off-hours/weekend work may be required.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license; willingness to drive long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy company standards.
• U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: Identify opportunities to grow the base business, optimize display space, and maintain excellent customer service.
• Creative Display Management: Install and maintain displays aligned with branding initiatives to engage consumers.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Provide in-depth product knowledge and insights to store personnel and customers.
• Program Execution: Execute sales programs, promote promotions, ensure compliance, and maximize brand potential.
• Collaboration: Work with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and Advanced Hydration Field team on plans, inventory, and standards.
• Customer Insights: Collect feedback on needs and competitive activity to drive improvements.
